We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.
We guarantee delivery within 3 - 21 days of your order, except for items which are specifically indicated as taking longer. However, if it is impossible to come to a mutually agreeable delivery arrangement in this time, the actual delivery time may be extended until such arrangement is guaranteed.

Return / refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund( less return courier charge) or we will exchange items if they are faulty if notified within 2 days of receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.please note for any damage to the packaging and make a note on the delivery drivers sheet before signing
